PlanAssure PAC, previously known as Patrick Lee & Co was established as a firm of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore in 1974. On 1 October 2002, the partnership Firm was converted into a Public Accounting Corporation incorporated under the Companies Act Cap 50, known as Patrick Lee PAC. We are the first accounting firm to be so incorporated. The main purpose of such an entity for our C.P.A. practice is to attract and motivate serious professionals, including those from other disciplines e.g. lawyers, into our organization so that we are better placed to serve our clients.

We aim to minimize charges to our clients by adopting a constructive approach. All professional assignments are carried out under the personal supervision and direct involvement of one or more of our directors so as to ensure that the nature and timing of each assignment is efficient.
